How far is the B&B from shops?
In the village you will find a bakery (300m), a newsagent (400m) and a café (50m).
Grocery stores can be found in Jamoigne (2 km) and Florenville (5 km). The shops in Florenville are open on Sundays and closed on Mondays.
Do we need a car?
You can do good walking and cycling here.
The bus lines passing through Izel are not often served at weekends and school holidays.
Which are the nearest railwaystations?
Florenville railway station is 5 km away. You can get there via a largely car-free road by bicycle or on foot.
Marbehan station is 15 km away. Bus 22/2 runs between the station and the Izel Centre stop (200m)
Can we check in or out earlier or later?
This is usually possible. Please contact us so we can make arrangements together.
Are animals welcome at the B&B?
Although we love animals, we do not welcome your pets, for practical reasons.
Is the B&B wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, no. The B&B is housed in an old Gaume house on three floors. Guests have to climb stairs.
Is the B&B smoke-free?
Indeed. Smoking a cigarette in the private garden is possible. But not indoors.
How far is Orval from the B&B?
Orval is 5 km from here. The road by bike is beautiful, but requires good fitness.
Where is the best place to exchange my empty crate of Orval beer?
Reserve a time slot for an appointment on Orval’s site.

Try in department stores, or at the brewer. But know that purchases of Orval beer are limited.
Is there a child's bed available?
On request, we are happy to provide a children’s travel bed with bedding free of charge. You can also use a raised high chair. Toys are also available for the little ones.
Why is there no TV in the B&B?
We would like to offer you an unforgettable stay. Nothing is more fun than having a nice chat, playing a board game together, drawing, playing music, having a drink at the local café… These memories are unforgettable. An evening of TV rarely is.
There is wifi available, though.
I would like to cycle, but don't bring my own bike. What to do?
You can rent a bike from Merlot Pneus-Cycles in Chassepierre. Your bike will then be delivered to the B&B.
I have a food allergy.
Let us know in advance and we will offer you a tailor-made breakfast.
