CHASSEPIERRE

Nestled at the foot of the cuesta Sinémurien along the Semois, the charming village of Chassepierre is a true painter's paradise, with beautiful views and a remarkable heritage to discover. A stroll through this charming village in the Gaume region will inevitably lead you to the Trou des Fées, the mill or the church with its typical bell tower, unless you prefer to go to the top of the village, to a spot called 'la Barrière de Chassepierre', to enjoy breathtaking views over the Semois Valley and the nearby Ardennes forests. Every year, during the penultimate weekend of August, the village hosts an international street arts festival, which is an undeniable success.
